On Friday, April 15th the Seymour Business League along with Seymour city officials welcomed Rockin Rusch 55 Nutrition to downtown Seymour.
Rockin Rusch 55 Nutrition offers shakes, teas, healthy protein balls, donuts and cupcakes. They also offer metabolism scans, wellness profiles and at home nutrition. With a wide variety of shake and tea flavors also a flavor of the week that changes weekly.
